Some of the financial questions N/A as it was NHS funded however I did end up having to pay £300 in fines for medication. It’s a long story which I’m happy to go over with someone if needed. communication not great. Clinic very basic. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to a paying customer.

NHS funded cycle so cost section not applicable. Staff friendly but conditions not good. Used this clinic only because Cardiff clinic closed with Covid. Long wait times and inflexible appointment times. If you can pay - go private.

Poor experience. Terrible communication and had to chase for appointments. Blanket approach and was told was on highest meds but wasn't. Felt like as it was NHS funded, I wasn't given the best treatment. Told after treatment failed that I'd have more say/options if it was self funded. Felt very disappointed and upset with my whole experience.
