Nurses, embryologists and admin staff always very kind and helpful but I never met my “doctor” only spoke to him on the phone. I was concerned about an aspect of my treatment and did not feel my concerns were adequately listened to. I transferred my care to another clinic.

Its very hard to speak to staff and they are very rigid in scheduling treatment which can lead to delays

The clinic needs to be more inclusive with regard to same sex couples. It's also shocking that we have only met a doctor once despite several rounds of treatment. We have also had a doctor almost put us in a risky situation with treatment, despite us raising our concerns. A nurse had to halt treatment. Perhaps there needs to be an independent review of this clinic. Some of the nursed are excellent though, I will say eg Emma and Ffion.
