It feels like a conveyor belt of patients. My miscarriage was so badly managed that I felt totally abandoned. We did have a successful round but there were multiple issues along the way and options that we were not made aware of.

Overall Feedback
I felt the agora was not staffed properly over the Christmas period when we had our round of icsi. We waited a long time for our feedback meeting. The clinical area was noisy with a radio playing and the rooms after egg collection were not private. I was asked to review the procedure whilst in my gown / after embryo transfer which did not feel appropriate.

Not personalised, all feels very sterile and not interested in the best outcome, felt like they wanted us to spend the most money possible with multiple rounds not changing anything

Overall Feedback
Nurse led not doctor led, so answered questions in relation to the nurses. The Agora is great on the whole but there were a lot of smaller issues. For example, secure email system isn’t great, they stopped coming through and the staff never believed me that there was an issue. They never sent me test results I paid for. They got my prescription wrong. I couldn’t get hold of them out of hours when we had an issue. You also only get videos of how to do the injections, you don’t get any face to face help which is pretty scary. That said, they were lovely, professional and got us the result we wanted :)

Overall Feedback
Communication was a real problem here I found. You often waited a long time to hear back from queries and had to chase. I thought doctors advice was sometimes poor and you were treated as one of many numbers. When things went wrong it was not dealt with well (mistakes made). The staff generally are also poor at taking blood, I had several bad experiences with this I have not had elsewhere. I was left feeling like I could not trust advice from The Agora and I went for a second opinion which was very helpful and turned things around for me. They were very critical of the car and advice I had been given.
