Communication was a real problem here I found. You often waited a long time to hear back from queries and had to chase. I thought doctors advice was sometimes poor and you were treated as one of many numbers. When things went wrong it was not dealt with well (mistakes made).
The staff generally are also poor at taking blood, I had several bad experiences with this I have not had elsewhere.
I was left feeling like I could not trust advice from The Agora and I went for a second opinion which was very helpful and turned things around for me. They were very critical of the car and advice I had been given.
