I was not administered enough medication whilst undergoing egg collection and I woke up during the operation. This was very traumatising and had a lasting impact on my mental well-being.
After the 2nd failed IVF attempt we were told to ‘try another clinic’. Although over time I have learnt to appreciate this comment as the Dr was saying they just couldn’t provide the care I needed.
There is nothing bespoke about this clinic - it is for run of the mill straightforward treatments where everyone is treated the same. There is no immunology testing, no attempts to improve egg quality - I didn’t even know about these things until we started discussions with another clinic. I would not recommend for women over 35.

We would recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of fertility treatment.
There is a supportive atmosphere. The staff remember who you are and your story. You are always welcomed and supported. The clinic and staff really do have your best interests at heart and want you to receive your ultimate goal and dream of a child.
Our journey was not easy and every time something did not go quite right, the staff made it their aim to tweak things and improve our next outcome. The portal messaging system is a great tool for communication. It is instant and the staff are responsive.
