Staff are lovely and caring when dealing with them direct. After I had an ectopic pregnancy and was under my local hospital, they still called every week to check in, including whilst I was in hospital after surgery and it felt like they genuinely cared.

Warm and welcoming. There was one incident early in our second (FET) round when I noticed there were leaflets and posters scattered around the waiting room asking patients to leave a Google review. These had a picture of a baby on them, which didn't sit right with me. Although I've had my desired outcome, I know I would have been upset by seeing that prior to my treatment. I thought it was an insensitive oversight and I raised it with the reception staff. On my following visit, they had all been removed.

The clinic provided a professional yet friendly service, which was effective and we now have a wonderful little girl. Therefore, my partner and I will always be thankful to the staff at TFP Oxford Fertility Clinic.
However, some of the communication by the clinic could have been better. For example, when my partner and I came to the clinic for what we expected would be our first embryo transfer, we were strongly advised that due to a relatively minor issue spotted during a scan on a previous visit it would be better for us to wait until after the issue was resolved to have the transfer. Whilst waiting may have contributed to our IVF success, we would have appreciated if there could have been communication of this advice before our visit to the clinic.

I would recommend Oxford TFP for IVF treatment - we had egg collection and a frozen embryo transfer cycle there. Sometimes the communication between the satellite clinic and Oxford wasn't the smoothest, but when there was a change of the treatment plan a Dr from Oxford TFP contacted me directly. The facilities are very clean and well organised.
The staff were very kind and supportive. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have our beautiful rainbow baby.

I found Oxford Fertility an amazing clinic who supported and listen to me throughout and would also allow me to guide my treatment and care too due to being a long term patient. They have always been very supportive and when I became ill following an egg collection they stayed in contact with me daily while I was unwell to ensure everything was ok.

Oxford are so quick and treat their NHS patients like their private patients, I had no issues there and was offered extras for free that I wouldn’t be offered at other clinics as an NHS patient. I was offered paid extras too and the information they gave me on these was transparent and their pricing seemed very fair.

Although this is the only clinic I have tried I would not want to go anywhere else. It has been a nice experience each time, although one cycle ended in a loss I believe the clinic and doctors done their best for me during and after.
