Mostly good things to say. Staff lovely and approachable. Easy to communicate through online portal. However there were some poor moments where communication completely lacked on very important and sensitive topics such as donor sperm. Where our purchase was forgotten about and not verified leading to a delay in it arriving to the clinic. If I had not mentioned it, nobody would have realised. This was very disappointing. There are not many local clinics near us and that’s not to say we wouldn’t go back, however there were areas that could be improved. Thankfully we have had a successful outcome.

Staff were always very welcoming and considerate. Apart from a long wait time (first made contact in 2020 so got caught in the COVID backlog), the care I received was very good.
