Overall Feedback
I had a really good experience with SFC. Every staff member was warm, friendly and explained everything really well. When 3 of my IUIs failed I felt looked after and like I was in safe hands, and I will be really happy to go back to them in the near future for baby #2.

Overall Feedback
They are quite hard to contact via phone. We had to ring hundreds of times before actually being able to speak to anyone on multiple occasions throughout our treatment and afterwards. The counsellor was lovely and all of the other staff we saw were very kind and friendly. Including all of the nurses and lab team.

Overall Feedback
The staff at Salisbury Fertility Centre were friendly and warm. However when it came to personalised care, there was no consideration for the fact that I had endometriosis. We went through 2 egg collections , the first one they could get to my left ovary due to something in the way which to this day they did not have an explanation. Upon waking up I was told we could have done a laparoscopic surgery to get to that ovary but unfortunately there was not enough surgery time booked and it was the end of their shift. On the second round , 1st fet, I bled at day 5, l found out from a private Gynae that this is due to not enough progesterone. On the second fet Salisbury would not prescribe extra progesterone, they utterly refused. Which meant I had to look for a private gynaecologist to prescribe. Overall none of our rounds were successful, I believe some of it was due to the care we received not being personalised to our needs.
