Overall Feedback
The afternoon results line used to be a joke. Having everyone ring after 2pm and being unable to get through was so difficult. Even after they implemented an appointment system for results it was still difficult to get through sometimes.
We also only saw a doctor in person once throughout 10 rounds of treatment.
Finally, I felt like it took so long to achieve a successful pregnancy as because we were NHS funded, they give us the minimum drugs possible. As soon as they changed our medication protocol (round 9) we got pregnant - our first ever positive pregnancy test, however it resulted in early miscarriage. The same drug protocol resulted in our successful pregnancy. I feel if they had changed the drug protocol much earlier, or if we were paying they would have done it earlier to charge us more for drugs.
