Incredibly friendly staff, who are always available to answer queries either via email or phone. The team of nurses is small, meaning you can develop good personal bonds quickly. Having had a challenging period of time where my wife went into OHSS, the staff did their utmost to care and treat her.

Head consultant too busy. Not very empathetic. He made a lot of errors in prescibing medication.
Some staff were amazing and very friendly.
Communication was poor and often appointments made when the clinic was shut.
Felt lack of support in a very difficult time.
However, i have a wonderful baby boy now due to their hard work sonI am still forever thankful i think the main problem is under funding and under staffed

The way this clinic deals with the payment package is so much better than other clinics I’d been to. It includes ALL treatments, boood tests everything so you don’t have the added stress of worrying about how much your spending at each visit!

I put my trust and hopes into this clinic for many years however we have received very little answers and spent lots of money. Communication was extremely poor and important emails were left days before receiving an answer. Communication improved slightly during treatment cycles but before and after very poor.
We have decided not to return to the clinic and find a new clinic due to the awful treatment by a doctor during our last failed FET.

The nurses are generally great. They are the ones you will mostly be in contact with and they will take great care of you. I have had good experiences with a couple of the doctors as well, but also one less good experience. That had more to do with his bedside manner not matching my needs as a patient than his abilities and professionalism though.
The one thing about this clinic that is really poor though is their administration staff. It is almost impossible to get in touch with the clinic and when you do they often cannot help you with your queries. Trying to set up appointments with them, rather than with the nurses during your previous appointments, or changing an appointment is practically impossible.

The clinic was fantastic, and the staff were kind, helpful and you felt listened to. However, the admin side was difficult. It was very hard to get through to the clinic to book appointments or if you had any queries. But i would still choose this clinic again for my next IVF.

I had my initial treatment there in the private ward not the NHS. The doctors
were friendly, caring and super responsive. I always dealt with the same doctor unlike other clinics. The administrative support was though slow.
