The clinic was fantastic, and the staff were kind, helpful and you felt listened to. However, the admin side was difficult. It was very hard to get through to the clinic to book appointments or if you had any queries. But i would still choose this clinic again for my next IVF.

I had my initial treatment there in the private ward not the NHS. The doctors
were friendly, caring and super responsive. I always dealt with the same doctor unlike other clinics. The administrative support was though slow.
