We felt that we were on the same treatment plan as everyone else, nothing was bespoke. When things failed we were offered to do the exact same protocol again with no further investigations first. Doctor was late to my egg collection - the nurse told me he was running late as I was waiting, very anxious, this was very unhelpful. Different doctor for every scan. I felt the odds of it working were over stated. They did not care to learn about my non binary status, or refer to me using my pronouns - was misgendered multiple times. We asked questions and were promised answers but they never got back to us. It would take weeks to get straight forward questions answered and others were ignored. They insisted on phone and online appointments even though COVID regulations lifted. They provided little to no after care. The counsellor was patronising. I wouldn't use this clinic again and I'm glad we switched to a different clinic.
