Overall Feedback
All the staff from reception to nurses and doctors were warm, friendly, and supportive throughout. This was my first ivf round and NHS funded. Egg retrieval options were conscious sedation or gas and air, I believe going forward it will only be gas and air- I'd recommend checking the options available.

Overall Feedback
The staff (with the exception of the receptionists) were always friendly and warm. However I had several issues, largely with the slow speed and which things happened (this is even more obvious now I have switched clinics and have seen how fast other clinics operate). The wait time for appointments with a consultant was always at least five weeks. When I needed to book a hycosy, I had two months where I rang to book one only to be told it was possible that month. The wait time for an ivf cycle was long.
When I asked about getting a private prescription so I could shop around, I was told this wasnt possible.
When I was doing IUI, it was only possible to do medicated IUI. I had three rounds cancelled as I kept over responding - this would never have happened if they have offered uneducated IUI. I enquired about them reducing the number of follicles so the cycle could go ahead, but they didnt offer this. This wasted an awful lot of very valuable time for me, as well as money and emotion.

Overall Feedback
We had a good experience with this clinic with a fantastic outcome. However, as a gay female couple we did find it frustrating that communications were often 'father' and he/him pronouns in phone calls and paperwork.
