We looked around at other local and not so local clinics but this one had far better reviews. Having used them for a full IVF/ICSI split cycle and frozen embryo storage I would highly recommend them.

The staff were brilliant in person, but I felt that their communication lacked tact over email. I did not have a specific person to talk to and my doctors were different every time. We had issues with our sperm motility the very first round of IUI but the clinic went ahead with insemination without giving me the full details of what that meant. When it came to arranging a replacement with the sperm bank the clinic was very slow on their end and I repeatedly had to chase them up, this delayed our journey by several months. We ended up going down a different route and now have our daughter.
