My experience at this clinic had both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the staff exhibited compassion and professionalism, which eased the emotional burden of fertility treatment. They provided thorough explanations, maintained efficient communication, and created a comfortable, supportive atmosphere. Tailored treatment plans were a definite advantage. However, there were occasional delays in appointment times, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I recommend this clinic for its expertise and compassionate care, but improvements in appointment punctuality would enhance the overall experience.

Overall the experience I had with CRGW was a very positive experience. The communication was excellent throughout. At last minute, the treatment plan changed from ICSI to IVF due to only having retrieved 2 eggs. They were very knowledgable and advised on the best way forward, which was IVF. A great clinic and would recommend to anyone going through fertility issues
