I did an egg sharing cycle at this clinic due to not being able to raise enough funds and wanting to help other women in a bad situation. We needed to pay only for ICSI. I remember crying when they told me we only got 8 eggs thinking that there wouldn't be many each to share. The first call from the Embryologist caused worry as they said only 6 were mature. They cancelled the egg sharing cycle and allowed me to resume treatment with all 6 eggs due to the fact I tried the scheme. Fortunately there were no extra costs and we were lucky enough to get a daughter out of the first go!

This clinic needs to be rethought as the service they provide is inadequate and expensive for what they do. Nothing is personalised. We wasted so much time with them and as soon as we moved to another clinic and had a second opinion and a slightly different approach we got pregnant with a healthy baby. I know there are a lot of people saying the same thing about complete and whilst they think its a small group of people who think their service is poor it is not. In comparison to the other fertility clinic in the area there is a marked difference. Hopefully a new building will make them rethink things completely but unless they get some new doctors I doubt that will happen.

Sadly, we wish we had gone with another clinic. Difficulties with communication were, and continue to be, our biggest issue. It is a large clinic and so we are seen by countless different doctors and nurses which results in a very impersonal experience.
