I was disappointed with the treatment in this IVF clinic. The consultant was extremely unprofessional and assured us that we can only hope to have a child with donor eggs (which was not correct, as we were successful in the end with our own eggs in a different clinic). She didn't want to look into our situation and simply stated that donor eggs were our only option. On the day of the transfer we were told that the widely advertised fertility maps facility did not have space for my embryos (unexpectedly). It was also frustrating waiting for up to an hour for each appointment only to find out the relevant consultant/nurse were reading our documents and still got the details of our previous treatment wrong. The treatment didn't feel personalised or attentive. I felt that they just put me on a standard protocol without considering my previous cycle which resulted in zero fertilisation.

Overall the clinic were brilliant. The only point where there was a lack of clarity was regarding how to order and ship sperm vials as this is often done using affiliated sperm banks. The explanation of this process and how to do it could have been clearer.
