Felt very much like a cash cow at this clinic. NHS cycle which I feel was an absolute waste was a one size fits all scenario. Given same treatment as a friend although we have very circumstances. We rushed into a second round with this clinic out of desperation and that was very much the same. No change in protocol. When the second cycle failed we were advised to go straight for donor eggs! Shocking clinic and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Would have been nice to have been offered counselling before we started treatment and made aware of choices that you would have with any frozen embryos that were remaining once your family was complete.
Also more information about what might happen if no embryos could be transferred after fertilisation due to over stimulation etc as these were never shared as a possibility

Overall we had an amazing experience at Care, even after 3 failed attempts we felt positive to continue and the nurses especially really helped with positivity and making me believe it was going to happen for us. I would say don’t feel afraid to make your voice heard if you have any questions or concerns, they are always there to respond and to help and I felt like I could ask questions and ask for second opinions and it was not a problem

After experiencing two other clinics before Care, we are of the view that they are far superior. We feel a lot more listens to, particularly about my immunological issues and that they are willing to try different approaches rather than just doing the same thing over and over. My only criticism is the central support system can be a bit frustrating rather than just being able to call the clinic directly, but when messages are left to responses are usually quite quick.
