Whilst the outcome was successful, a number of failings were made including failing to check my weight because I "didn't look that overweight", resulting in the need to lose 1.5 stone in 6 weeks or risk having treatment cancelled. I had at this time already started with medications so they would have been wasted had this been the case. I had to crash diet to lose the weight, in an unhealthy manner or risk losing a huge amount of our savings. Medication was issued incorrectly and in one instance not given to me at all, meaning a 2 hour round trip to collect it (antibiotics) as they refused to issue and send to my GP, despite their error in not issuing it to me. I was not given the correct sedative during a procedure and therefore was in huge amounts of pain due to the incorrect dosage. I would not recommend this clinic even though we did end up with our boy, the treatment here was negligent.
