Tailored treatment, a lot of monitoring during cycle and decisions made based on how your body is reacting (daily) to medications. No guess work - egg retrieval and transfers are when your body are ready - not a Monday - Friday 9-5 approach that most clinics have. Out of hours Dr on call - always felt like I could contact someone at any time. You feel in very good hands and feel like they will do whatever it takes to bring success.

All of the staff at ARGC were incredibly knowledgable and I had a strong sense throughout treatment that I was in safe hands. Additional costs relating to blood tests and other drugs were frustrating, but I did feel that on the whole, these were suggested to improve the chances of success and were always in my best interests. Despite it costing more than we'd have liked (and likely more than we would have paid elsewhere), I felt that the expertise of the doctors and nurses and the processes used by the clinic were worth the extra money. I felt in control, well communicated with, and on an individual level, all staff were kind and compassionate. My only criticism would be that the clinic were extremely busy and therefore, there was less of a personal edge to the process than with my previous clinic.

Despite many negatives - what can sometimes feel very business oriented, slightly chaotic approach, and with outdated decor, and mixed communication, I would 100% recommend this clinic. They work hard to get results. Dr Taranissi truly cares and wants you to get pregnant. Some of the doctors aren’t very good at supplying information. You have to really push and constantly ask if you need answers. However, they are looking at your results every day you are monitored and in this respect this is why they get results. However, be prepared to part with a lot of cash!

It's an intense experience and some staff assume when you first arrive that you've been before and understand how it works which can be a bit daunting until you get into the swing of it. The admin communication isn't always great and some nurses are more rushed than others but there's always someone available on the nurse's direct line during treatment if you need more clarity. The transfers are done without ultrasound guidance which wasn't explained to me upfront but was reassuring when explained why after and Dr Sapna is so experienced at it. The clinic isn't shiny and new but the treatment is tailored to each individual and I did get my baby in the end.

Try to look through the chaos and trust the process. Ask questions if you’re unsure. They tailor meds to you on a daily basis and it can feel intense so ensure you have a support network in place

This was the most expensive and the most frustrating and stressful IVF cycle that I had (and I had a few). This is not just because of the worst result out of my 5 IVF cycles (4 of them in different clinics), but the overall treatment of patients. The clinic takes on more patients that they can handle - huge queues and long waiting for appointments. Appointments are rushed and very brief, without the consultants going into detail which causes confusion as to next steps. The clinic is constantly trying to sell additional unnecessary services (i.e. I had transfusions when my main issue was egg quality). In the end all of my eggs were immature and despite an expensive and long list of drugs that I had to take (much more than in any other IVF cycle) I received the worst result. The clinic sold me additional medications that were ultimately not required, wasting my money. This clinic tends to be seen as the last resort, however I had much better results in other clinics and was ultimately successful. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who has egg quality concerns. The famous monitoring whereby bloods are being checked on a daily basis did not have any effect. It was difficult to get a follow up appointment once it transpired that I was not successful. I moved on to another clinic after my experience with ARGC.

Had 2 egg freezing rounds at 2 different clinics. ARCG were very much a production line. I did not feel like it was tailored or cared for service. Their strategy of calling at any time of day to dash back to clinic to get meds was bizarre and very stressful. Would not recommend. Other clinics use a better method.

This clinic was exactly what my partner needed, in the situation we found ourselves in. They were clear on the overall plan and then only allowed us to focus on each step, asking questions related to the part of the plan we were on and not allowing us to worry about what lay ahead. There was a financial element that we were unsure of additional costs going on which they discussed with us in great detail, We also asked if we could get some of our initial tests done at our GP and by the NHS which hadn’t been offered but otherwise it was an exceptional service. We’ll always be grateful to ARGC and in future will likely use them again if we want to try for more children.

I have such mixed feelings about whether I would recommend ARGC. I had success at the clinic and after our first FET (second round of IVF) we now have our daughter so I’ll always be grateful to them and ultimately we were successful there. However, I found their facilities, customer care and boot camp process expertly stressful with a lack of empathy and knowledge of individual treatment plan.

ARGC has a unique treatment method than the other clinics in London. once treatment has been placed patient has to attend the clinic every day for blood tests, scan and medication.

Do lots of research before you attend. I went into so much of this blindly. I do not think they are a bad clinic, but I think they can be a bit clinical at times. Some doctors and nurses were kinder and more caring and empathetic than others. Communication was good during stimulation. They could have been more prompt and communicative following my egg retrieval given that my yield was low, so I think aftercare is something they need to improve on for patient welfare.
