The doctors were hard to get an appointment with and when you did talk to them it felt rushed. At one point the clinic had a locum sonographer who was awful - very uncaring and not thorough at all.

The clinic were fantastic and every time we went in for treatment or if a treatment didn't work they were always there and supportive. I felt like the staff generally cared.

I would recommend this clinic and would happily use again. It is a small clinic but I liked that the waiting room wasn’t overly crowded even on busier days. My monitoring scans tended to be mid morning around 11-12 which was awkward to work around work hours but I think this was due to egg collections taking place earlier in the morning and availability of staff and rooms. I did experience some delays while attending appointments but I was kept updated by reception staff and received apologies for the delays. I would have preferred a better selection of biscuits following egg collection. Overall I am glad I used this clinic and grateful for their help to have my son.

I did recommend this clinic to a friend. They worked around my schedule as a teacher for all my scans and always made sure they saw me first thing in the morning. I really loved their flexibility.

The communication was poor, although they answered the phones not always met by someone friendly or compassionate. A mix up with my medication and poor documentation could have meant a failed cycle due to their lack of care and attention. When complaining regarding care their compensation felt unfair and unjust considering their multiple mistakes.

Overall I would recommend this clinic to others. Staff were always friendly and welcoming and ultimately this clinic have us out daughter so we will forever be grateful to them!
