Major improvements need to be made for those donating their eggs to others. We would have gone ahead much earlier with starting the treatment but it was not explained to us properly when we began and so we delayed until after Christmas ehen that was not necessary

Amazing brand new facilities, clinical staff and nurses very friendly and helpful. However the treatment plan, doctors and communication terrible. Had to chase up at every stage as to what was happening, adding extra pressure and stress onto an already stressful situation.
