Working water/ drinks machine would have been great. We’ve spent lots of time in the waiting room.
We used Derby satellite clinic and for appointments at 8:30, they don’t let you in the building until 8:30 and as we had treatment during winter, it was always a cold wait outside.

This clinic don't always feel that proactive. We have had good outcomes with anyone we have interacted with but it does always feel like we are "Chasing" them. They rarely reach out first regarding the next steps of the process. At times this has left us feeling like it is disorganised i.e. when they contact us for something that needs completing next but could have been done months prior.

I can’t speak for the financial side as I’m a surrogate. The clinic site was unwelcoming with no friendly staff or warm greeting. There has been absolutely no personalisation of care and I feel like just another patient to them. Worst of all, the communication is truly abysmal. They are not at all accommodating with appointments and only had them in the middle of working days, even remote appointments. Having previously used a different (amazing) clinic I’m really disappointed and won’t use CARE again in future. I’m dreading the rest of my care.
