I left this clinic after four unsuccessful embryo transfers. I rarely saw the same doctor twice in there years and I believe this contributed to disjointed and non-personal recommendations. But while this was relatively unsatisfactory, it paled in comparison to the shocking front of house admin. It's this that made me despair: emails unanswered for weeks, nobody available for in person meetings, chased foroney I did not owe, constant mistakes in rundowns of my medication. It felt like a second full time job wrangling the team.to provide me with an adequate service.

I went for this clinic because of their tailored mild protocol for my ivf, but I was given a standard non bespoke treatment that I’ve since learnt wasn’t that mild.
Getting through to the clinic was a nightmare, you’re on hold for a long time before speaking to anyone.
The email address you’re given to coordinate appointments etc takes ages to get back to you, they were always apologetic when they did finally respond and blamed it on staff constantly leaving.

Chose this clinic as they specialise in mild IVF and near to my office. They do personalise the treatment to you.
However, admin side was very disorganised and for 2 of my cycles I had to chase pillar to post to ensure I received my medications on time. There is a high turnover of patient coordinators and I found myself having to sometimes repeat and clarify the situation to them. You really need to stay on top of everything. Clinic staff were friendly and warm overall though it can depend which staff you deal with. Nurses were all really helpful and friendly.

It is very hard to get in touch with the clinic. You have to call and wait for quite some time and after connecting you again have to wait for someone to call you back as never ever we got someone who could have helped straight away. Everything is very clinical and not as human. More empathy and in case of negative result, proactively help with support staff could have helped.

The clinic premises are very modern and clean. Most of staff were warm and friendly but barely had time to engage with patients and were reluctant to respond to our queries or provide meaningful explanation of the treatment plan or results. Treatment plan was not customised and the offering was very commercial. I would not recommend this clinic for a friend.
