There were a few things that weren’t communicated to me in advance that should’ve been - eg the initial infection tests that they charged hundreds for could’ve been done for free elsewhere, and critically and heartbreakingly at the time they didn’t tell me that taking progesterone would mean my period wouldn’t come, so I was hopeful for days until I called them to ask and was told the meds was the reason for no period yet..
