Communication was quite poor. For example, I called to speak to someone about a query I had and I was told someone would call me back but I had to chase for a response. Then on transfer day the gate was locked which caused a lot of panic and stress because we'd not been told how to get through the gate which had been open every other time we'd been to the clinic so we were delayed and worried that the clinic was in fact shut and our embryo would go to waste because it couldn't be transferred that day. You just don't need that kind of stress when you're going for an embryo transfer!

We have been overall very satisfied with the clinic. The nursing, embryology and administrative staff have all been so kind, caring and we always felt very well looked after. This applies to the consultants also. as our continued, we did realise that different consultants had different views and approaches on how they would handle our case, which we do, understand as the area of reproductive health is quite subjective. we did eventually find a consultant who felt more in tune with us, which we feel lucky about, however, I do wonder where we would have been had we have not been assigned this particular consultant sooner.
In general, we would highly recommend this clinic.

We were happy with the clinic. Having moved from another clinic after failed cycles we felt this clinic was better at what they were doing.
We just felt a bit let down after I became pregnant with the twins and have ovarian hyper stimulation. We called to let them know as i was in the hospital with it and we felt like they were annoyed as they would now have to report this.

The consultants and doctors I saw at this clinic and who looked after me throughout my treatment were professional and kind throughout the process. During my first cycle with this clinic the ovary stimulation drugs did not work and no eggs were able to be harvested. At the review meeting with the consultant, I asked if we could try a different stimulation drug and the consultant took this on board and agreed to this. I then had 3 eggs that could be harvested in the next cycle. Although the IVF I had at this clinic did not result in successful pregnancies, I felt that the clinic treated me with respect and we're professional and helpful throughout.

My experience at nurture has been mixed. One of the things Id expect for the money I was paying was a more personal touch. Seeing the same nurse or doctor all the time. I also feel like from speaking to friends in London this clinic may not be as up on research about the latest methods. I have to push all the time to have my progesterone tested before my transfers and swear that was why I miscarried last time as my embryo was normal
