Overall my experience with the clinic was excellent. All the staff I came into contact with were very professional, friendly and gave me confidence in their abilities. The doctors at the satellite clinic in Dundee were also lovely. My only issue was about slow communication but once I raised an issue regarding a delay in treatment due to this (clinic slow to complete sperm paperwork) they did everything possible to make the rest of the treatment flawless and I now have my baby after one cycle and fresh transfer!
