I received NHS funded egg freezing treatment due to a cancer diagnosis. Old St Marys was a very friendly and empathetic place to receive my treatment although it suffered some typical NHS type issues like not enough staff, but this did not affect my treatment or cause any delays or upset

Chaos, clinic kept forgetting about our appointments. We didnt get any support from counsellors after failed ivf. Had to complain 3 times to get appointments booked, my husbands fertility issues were ignored. Overall very bad experience, left me with depression
