While I have no doubt the quality of medical treatment at London Womens Clinic is world class, their admin and communications is a total shambles! We are supposed to have a Patient Care Coordinator assigned to us, but I hardly ever hear from the same person twice. The turnover of staff is so rapid they dont even bother telling us when our PCC leaves. Ive had to keep precise records of my treatment and really advocate for myself. I frequently get sent invoices for things I do not owe, and have had to chase and chase for appointments and follow ups. If I had my time again I would not use LWC and I wouldnt recommend them to others.
