Excellent clinic, the doctor who oversaw our second round with this clinic was just perfect. The facilities are clean, well maintained and location is really good. Booking appointments was quick and there was never a delay in our appointments.
My only constructive feedback would be that our plan for the first round with this clinic could have been more customised as it felt generic.

Our journey was long and not the easiest but did manage to get 1 child out of our 3 year fertility journey. And we can only thank the doctors and other staff at Herts and Essex for that. They are kind, patient and helpful. They offer an app that reminds of appointment times, medication times and a secure messaging service within.
Our doctor was great and we truly thank him for all his hard work in helping us get our son.
