I chose this clinic based on cost and convenience. This was my biggest regret. The clinic advertised excellent success rates however I think these results are inaccurate based on the demographic of patients seen. I had unexplained infertility & I do not feel in hindsight this was the best clinic for us. During our second round of IVF I did not respond as well to the medications, my protocol was not adapted at all and we had a very poor outcome. This lead me to believe the clinic offers a single protocol regardless of circumstance or response. When I questioned the doctor in my follow up appointment I was informed there was nothing else that could be offered to me.
The clinic do offer a patient coordinator to support you, however mine was changed multiple times throughout my treatment & I rarely saw the same doctor. It was almost impossible to contact the clinic by telephone, at times I was on hold for 20-30minutes which is far from ideal. I really wished I had understood that the success rates were not reflective of my situation & I should have spent more money on a better clinic in the first instance. I would not recommend this clinic to friends unless they were looking for cheap treatment with no underlying conditions or unexplained infertility.

It was good as a cheap option for unmedicated IUI that was local to me, but I wouldn't want to go there for more invasive treatment.
