Chose this clinic as they specialise in mild IVF and near to my office. They do personalise the treatment to you.
However, admin side was very disorganised and for 2 of my cycles I had to chase pillar to post to ensure I received my medications on time. There is a high turnover of patient coordinators and I found myself having to sometimes repeat and clarify the situation to them. You really need to stay on top of everything. Clinic staff were friendly and warm overall though it can depend which staff you deal with. Nurses were all really helpful and friendly.

It is very hard to get in touch with the clinic. You have to call and wait for quite some time and after connecting you again have to wait for someone to call you back as never ever we got someone who could have helped straight away. Everything is very clinical and not as human. More empathy and in case of negative result, proactively help with support staff could have helped.

I had a successful pregnancy with this clinic. I did have to advocate for myself during my third FET but the clinic staff listened to what I wanted.

The clinic premises are very modern and clean. Most of staff were warm and friendly but barely had time to engage with patients and were reluctant to respond to our queries or provide meaningful explanation of the treatment plan or results. Treatment plan was not customised and the offering was very commercial. I would not recommend this clinic for a friend.
