The points on financials were irrelevant in our case as the treatment was funded by NHS.
The clinics location is split between Herts and London. Therefore, even though we signed up to have our treatments in London Coney, the clinic didn't have all the machinery and capabilities at the same clinic. So for example we had to go to the London clinic for things like retrieval and transfer which meant it added transport/train costs but also added extra stress to the process.
Lastly, for the actual test on whether we were pregnant there was a new place we had to go in London. Also, when the result came back negative the nurse who delivered the result was fairly blunt and un- sympathetic.

However poor communication when cycle was unsuccessful and did not feel very supported.
