After two egg collections and embryo transfers, we would sadly not use this clinic for any future treatment. The main reason for this being very poor communication with it being almost impossible to ever get hold of anyone on the phone. Receptionists, when we could get through to them, were cold. Our treatment was also overseen by multiple doctors and strongly feel that we would have benefitted from just one doctor overseeing our treatment.
