Overall the clinic was excellent. A particular plus point is the access to fertility counsellors. I had sessions with a counsellor (free of charge) for over a year invaluable.
Most of the clinical staff were wonderful, so caring and compassionate. One nurse I felt was always quite short, and dismissive.
During my first cycle I raised concerns about my short luteal phase and asked for extra progesterone but this was refused. I strongly believe this is the reason my first cycle failed.
