The clinic was previously known as Reproductive Health Group then IVF life before it became care Fertility Cheshire. At the time I received treatment, there were lots of changes which made everything stressful and chaotic. I also felt like they did not have the capacity to do the services they were offering. I was often anxious that standard and care would suffer because of the changes and indeed I had several complaints all through the process about standard slippages eg on drugs, receiving correspondence not meant for me etc

The clinic initially appeared very friendly but I wasn't seen by a doctor but a fertility nurse. Only point I saw the doctor was at eggs collection stage.
