It doesn't feel like a fancy private clinic, but then it has much cheaper prices than a lot of clinics but still has up to date services. On occasion I had to chase things up a bit but we have had success and would recommend to others.

This is an NHS clinic that also treats private patients. It's not 'posh private'. There is no upselling of unnecessary add on that are pointless.
Staff are professional, kind and respectful. The clinic environment is good. We had several rounds of treatment involving ICSI before any success. I felt our expectations were managed well and realistic. I would return here and recommend.
