Overall I was very happy with my experience at our clinic. It is an NHS hospital so it does have that feel but the staff were fantastic and our treatment resulted in my son. I will be returning for our frozen transfer

Compared to another clinic that i been to this one was not great because the other had nurses who were empathetic and really warm and supportive emotionally and were only one email away. They responded to emails very quickly for any concerns
