Initially looks like a good option as low cost, but unless lucky enough to have success on first go the costs escalate quickly. We were recommended to move to their sister clinic Create where the costs were higher but treatment and service the same- nurse managed not consultant. Nothing felt personal or tailored enough to us. Staff always felt rushed and didnt know about status of journey.
