Absolutely brilliant experience. Staff so kind and understanding, especially when I was anxious about some of the procedures. Also managed to fit me in for a same day scan following a bleed when the NHS wouldn’t. Very, very lucky to have my son after my first attempt and will be returning to try for a sibling soon!

I didn't receive a follow up after my miscarriage, I was referred to my local EPAU but didn't receive any follow up about next steps treatment wise or to find out why my miscarriage might have occurred until I contacted them, I do feel a bit like once they have a successful IVF outcome and you have the HCG blood test to confirm pregnancy that they don't have great follow up. But otherwise I would absolutely recommend and I will go ahead with a FET treatment with them again.
